Apexi N1 Coilovers
I like them, They are a good all-around suspension Mine serve as street/track duty. I would like them a little stiffer for the track but they are fine. No problems.

I like mine. Perfect for street/track use. However, i would like to have better spring rates. I think they came with 11k front and 5k rear. But that can be solved by buying a set of eibach flat top springs that are 14k to be used in the front and moving the 11k to the rear.

I like mine a lot. The only thing I would change is the damping adjustment, which isn't very intuitive (there's only 13 adjustments, but you can turn the key about 43-44 clicks before it stops). It'd be a lot easier if they just allowed you turn them exactly 13 clicks. Aside from that, they're a good track and street coilover. The spring rates are 9kg-F/5kg-R. Tho I really like my N1's, I want to try out JIC coilovers. Hmmm...should I sell...hmmm...

At the front its 11kg/mm for Integras and 9kg/mm on the Civic N1s. 5kg/mm at the rear for both cars.
Yeah, Eibach ERS springs will probably fit.
If you can manage it, try to get the Apexi N1 Type PRO rather than the Type R. Not only do you get stiffer springs, the diameter of the pistons is bigger=better damping adjustment.
