New Custom Valved Koni Sport Shocks for Integra Type R
FS: New 97-01 ITR Koni rear shocks with 'SS' valving. Very rare!!!
8040-1078 SP "SS". Brand new in box. Very, very rare. The SS means "Showroom Stock" valving straight from Koni, so they are extremely stiff. In speaking with Lee @ Koni (if I may quote him), he said that they should handle springrates around 800-1000 lbs or so without needing revalving. If you crank them full stiff, they are damn hard to compress. The only drawback is that they are internally adjustable (twist shock shaft to adjust shock settings), but this isn't much of an issue for a racecar
I'm sure these would work great on a SoloII D-Stock Type R or even a roadrace that was lowered on some stiff springs. Oh, the SS also has a much shorter piston rod than the normal Koni to prevent spring droop (like the Neuspeed Konis). These shocks would rule with a set of Ground Controls on them.
Yes, I still have a few sets of these (as of 10.11.05)

I have a set of these in stock again if anyone is interested.
These will also work on any 88 Civic/CRX or any 94-01 Integra or 89-95 Civic if you use the ITR style rear LCAs.
