VAVLE SETTINGS
Lash the valves to stock settings on a cold motor
INTAKE: 0.007in.
EXHAUST: 0.008in.

Dyno-tests have revealed up to 17+hp increases on naturally aspirated applications with the stage 1 cams, at the wheels. Furthermore, Skunk2 Racing Stage 1 VTEC Camshafts are compatible with stock valvetrain components.

Anyway, I got these but decided to go turbo so they've never been installed. They are used though with 3k miles on them.
