Default trade my stock b18c5 11:1 for a b20 12:1

my c5 block is in great shape. i think the b20 has je pistons and rods with new rings. a friend of mine will trade me cuz he thinks he can sell my c5 block for more than he can sell his b20.
i trust this guy, and the compression check is perfect on the b20

good idea? also will i need bigger injectors? i will most likely be using hondata if i get the b20

thanks guys
****
just to confirm, i am trading the bottom ends only

The B18C5 block is worth a heck of a lot more than a B20 block is. But then again, he already has it up to 12:1 so that could be good. I don't think that you should trade shortblocks, unless he's willing to throw in something to boot, maybe some good headstuds, or a good headgasket.

roger....he is letting me use his garage and he will also help me put it in. he knows more than me on building engines by far. so i can use the help.

he says that i can sell my block for maybe 2000 at most and he is selling his block for 1600, but since we are tight, he will hld it for me.

Well, if you want to go CRVTEC then go for it. I would. But if you have the ITR head, then I'd just keep the ITR motor.

updating
b20z bottom, ares 12.5:1 pistons, golden eagle rods, knife edged crank
all new bearings and seals. i will be mating it with my stock itr head, and 4.7 itr tranny.
im guna go with 310's and s100, 255lph, aebs headstuds and the golden eagle ls/vtec oil line conversion

a friend of mine with a b20 setup, says i should have 210-230 whp. what do you all think?

i should have it put together and running late january, and i will probably have it tuned 2 weeks later or so.
