Yes it should work. It was plug and play in my Civic.

WIlling to trade your turbo for my complete zex dry nitrous kit?

 

Will the piping fit a 95 GSR.....What if I didnt want the HKS blowoff valve....HOw much then??

Yes the piping will fit,and I'm sure we could work something out. But it is currently pending sale.
