No, there were two separate incarnations of the ITR in Japan, the 96 spec and the 98 spec. The 96 spec (produced from 95 to 97) had 4 x 114.3, the 98 spec (produced from 98 to 01) had 5 x 114.3. Simple mistake, no one blames you for it.

96 spec was actually from 95.5-97 not that like it actually matters..
