Apexi N1 or BC Spec III
I think I am going to buy my exhaust this weekend.(finally) I have been saving up for my JDM front end but I am just going to put that off for about a month. I already have a Mugen header(not installed) and now I want to buy my exhaust and put them on before christmas.
I am stuck between two different ones, the APEXi N1 or the Buddy Club SpecIII. I have never heard the buddy club in person but I did hear it on a recent post and it sounded pretty nice. I really like the APEXi too but a lot of people around where I live already have it. Do you guys think I should go for the buddy club. (I already know it is loud).
Another thing, would either of these exhaust be too restrictive with stageII cams. Thanks for any help.

What up (hYpE-R-29) I live out by Livermore but I work in Palo Alto so I am around the bay area all the time. Yeah we could me up sometime has to be January though. Let me know what's up.
Hey Bbasso, If I got a ticket for my exhaust, wouldn't it only be a fix it ticket, because if it is, I am not too worried about it. Back to the topic, does the BC3 sound good though or does it sound ricey. What size piping does it come with?
Anyone here have experience with it?

I agree. I don't even like having a loud intake.

They have some sort of ticket that if you have a loud exhaust or 'bad' part on your car it will stick on your license- becareful... This is not a 100% confirmed but I did read it somewhere.

I am bias.
I don't know about BC3 on ITR but BC3 on DC5 type-s is definitely louder than Apexi N1 on DC2R

I would definitely think about how local law enforcement deals with loud exhausts before purchasing. The APEXi N1 is decent, but the damn canister/muffler is HUGE and can be used as a "grapefruit launcher".
Spoon N1 axle-back flow well and has a nice smaller muffler which will not attract as much attention. BC Spec III is nice, but damn loud and will definitely attract the police..

What made you decide on the N1 or BC? There are plenty of other exhausts that are much more quiet and in the case of the N1, look better(but that's just my opinion). The Fujitsubo is a very nice exhaust. Also, I wouldn't buy a fairly loud exhaust w/out hearing it first.
SpecIII.....
I had the n1, good system, but heavy and the sound is more a rasp.
SpecIII is a very lightweight and Deep sound, which is hard to find with honda's. Who cares if it sticks out a little father then most. Why should u by a exhaust system, for Looks or for weight and flow?

Yeah it's a butter exhaust but you have to be realistic.
