Reason why I have a decent alarm system on my car. On a brigther note, they are stolen because they are dependable, and have very good resale value. That's something to think about.

I know exactly how you feel (read my sig)
</TD></TR></TABLE> I'm very sorry. I now understand how the people who write these threads every day feel. I plan to get an EK for daily driver.
I did have plans of getting an ITR with the insurance $$ but I realized the theif has my security card pass (it was in the center console) so that defeats paying $50 a month for the gated reserve parking lot
It's not worth the risk. I'll wait till I move into a house or a have my own garage.
The cop today said that ever since my complex was built it has been a hot spot for thieves
I reported a attempted theft for a yellow autox hatch I saw in the gated parking lot just a month ago!
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=661409
The gate at the time was broken
From dingbats hitting it with their car (WTF!) They didn't steal the car, thank god. I met the owner and we chatted about how much we hate our appartment complex now. It took them 5 weeks to replace the gate, they said b/c it was custom made. I'm gonna go down stairs and leave a note saying heads up.
I pay $715 a month for this chit!?!?!
Sorry now i'm just venting
for you guys.

non. On monday I have to call 'Romeo' who is the insurance rep investigating it.
I told a friend at a party yesterday and he was like hmm I know a group of guys who might be connected want me to ask them for you? I said yes not b/c i'm gonna try to fight like 8 guys but b/c atleast i'll know something about who took it.
My friend told me insted of stripping the cars and parting then dumping the shell they strip dump but then buy the shell back and return parts then sell the car a whole.
It seems pretty organized though b/c they stole the SI at the same time.

I had a chance to see the ex-GSR today. Had to drive 1 hr. each way. Definitely not a novice job. Car stolen on Tuesday morning and found by Thursday morning. They were pretty selective on some parts. They stole the right hand windshield wiper but not the left. Didn't take the antenna or it's motor but did take the gas tank cap.
I'll just let the pictures do the talking from here
