Default Honda's version of the NSX?/???

I just read that Honda decided to make a car that compares to the NSX. Too high priced though. $100,000. Roughly. And all wheel drive.

That is something that I read. I didn't say that it was happening. It was in Motor Trend.

Your title reads... Honda's version of the NSX... maybe... JUST MAYBE... somehow you weren't informed that Honda makes Acura, and that in every other country except the WONDERFUL US of A, it's called the Honda NSX?

I know HOnda and Acura are the same thing, but in the mag Honda stated that they were coming out with their version of the nsx.

What you are saying does not make any sense and I doubt that that was published in Motor Trend.

Could you please type in an exact quote from the Motor Trend where you read it?

Because all indications are that (a) within the next couple of years Honda is going to replace (not "compare with") the NSX with a car that is similar to the HSC that is on the show car circuit now (no indication yet whether it will be called NSX or not); (b) it will be sold as an Acura, and there will not be a "Honda's version" in the countries where Acura is sold; (c) it will sell for less than the current NSX, which generally sells for around $80K, and not for $100K; and (d) it will be rear (two) wheel drive, not four wheel drive. Other than that, everything you say is true.

It's also called the Acura NSX in the WONDERFUL Canada and the WONDERFUL Hong Kong...

My bets are that the quote will be "signature-worthy."

And do I care that I am not getting points no. I read it in a published mag and will try to retrieve it again and type it. You guys sure get bent out of shape over stupid things. What is the difference with me telling you this and someone in another forum saying that they heard that the S2000 is ending production in 05?

If you cannot communicate your message clearly people will not listen.

What does this have to do with the S2000? It's about "Honda's version of the NSX."

Perhaps I need to show you how ignorant the title is:

If that is motor trend Im sure what they meant is they are making a prototype or something that will replace the NSX.

I agree, SOME, thats righ SOME, people on honda tech get bent out of shape about stupid ****!

Obviously, he meant that honda would be making its own flagship in area's that dont have acura.

But, I read this months motor trend and it talked about the NSX looking alot more like the HSC. so whether thats what hes talking about

No one is getting "bent out of shape". It doesn't bother me that you say things that don't make sense; I didn't say it, so I'm not embarrassed. But sure, as long as you post stupid things, we'll be happy to say that they're stupid...

Yeah funny post...

But Honda makes the NSX. Honda rebadges it in the US as the Acura NSX.

A bit like the Pontiac GTO is the rebadged (and slightly different) Holden Monaro here in Australia.
