Anyone know anything about ZC motors?
I just replaced a local's ZC motor that his timing belt broke on it with another ZC engine. He didn't want the old motor so I opted to keep it, pull it apart and maybe fix it for some rally project down the road (or like a demo car or something to just go out and beat the **** outta it...lol), possibly make a Go-Kart or something. Anyhow, the local owner told me the engine was tested and had 50% blow by, and that the valves are prolly bent in the head. What I'm wondering is (I've yet to take this ZC motor apart) are there any other honda valves that fit in this motor? or can you only use ZC products for this. I have a complete spare b20 head laying around from my previous b20vtec build so I was thinking maybe the valves, etc.. off the b20 head would work in this ZC motor. Anyone know? My budget on this motor is about $50 or so (lol
) so I only am willing to play with it if I can make something from all my left over stuff... If anyone can tell me what other parts fit internally on this motor please tell... Also, is only the 88-91 Si tranny or the ZC tranny work for this motor or will a 92-95 d-series tranny work? I've gotta bunch of SOHC parts laying around as well as a few B series things... hopefully some of my scraps can fix this motor.

The ZC motor that the timing belt broke got replaced with a totally different ZC motor... now I have the ZC I just took out. Customers car runs good and strong now.
