Default Bisimoto New revised B series header

Here is an uncoated street version of Bisimoto's REVISED B series header.

Some changes were made on the angles of the piping.
But the TRUE Burns MERGE COLLECTOR w/ Venturi is still part of Bisi's design.

keep in mind that while other header designs look similar to this, the Bisimoto design utilizes those important factors above to produce a quality performance header.
I'll have pics of the Coated race version soon.

Agreed!! Im actually not to crazy about the way theses things look, but if you can keep your AC and make a substantial amount of power, then I give it

With a header like that, pop the hood at a parking lot and watch everybody's jaw drop.

looks super nice and wicked...

but the important thing is that i won't sell if it's not proven. You guys make good stuff but need to start marketing & backing it up with more than just 1-2 dyno pulls. just a though & i'm sure you are aware of it too Wil

great job though!

That is true, the other companies headers that look very similar have not even shown any dyno numbers or comparisons to other headers yet....im very skeptical that that design with all those bends, especially where the exhaust is barely exiting the head, will make power over the "traditional" designs.

Skeptical about it’s design with all the bends????? Have you looked at the headers on an F1 car?? Headers like this have been made for years on racecars. Proper pipe length is critical in header design. Different pipe lengths will produce different gains and also allows you to make power at certain RPM ranges. Just adding a bunch of bends to a header is not going to do it. You need to have an understanding about sound waves and exhaust pressure to properly design a header. Go pick up the book “Scientific Design of Exhaust & intake systems” by Philip H.Smith and John C. Morrison. Good reading but very technical.

I happy to see people trying coming up with headers like this for imports. Once someone gets it down I know I will be changing headers once again.

Yeah, I would definately like to see some dyno sheets of this header. I don't think that I have ever seen dyno charts produced from the BisiMotor header for either the D or B-series engines. I know people rant and rave about the quaility and performance of this header, but proven performance is better than word of mouth...
