I think your price is fair, but I'd have to see the car myself...
I think you'd have better luck selling that ITR swap and putting in your stock B16A. Lots of money in that C5...
Clean Si.

IMHO. the price is too high. An si without the swap, with that title, is worth make 7-8k maybe 8500 with mods, I wouldnt pay anymore. The swap is worth more. Your problem will be some states require the engine to be the same year or newer.
Id do like the guy above said and track down a b16 or if you have it swap it back and sell the swap for 5-6k and the difference sell the car for.
It all depends if you have the stock motor.

I don't...I sold it to help fund this swap. I'm not too desperate to sell it, I just put it in storage for the winter and this spring I plan on buying a house (selling the car would help this). If I sold it , I'd wait a year and start a new project. If not, I'll pick up where I left off on this one. I appreciate your honesty.
nice car...looks great........i was thinking of doing the same swap, i don't have a Si yet but I have a usdm ITR swap waiting. Could you please give me some insight about the swap like degree of difficulty and how much wiring was need....your comments will be greatly appreciated
thanks
thanks

asking price is a bit high considering it has a 'blemished' title with the hail damage, which was very unfortunate. you're better off selling the JDM ITR swap and selling it with a stock motor. potential socal buyers already know they WON'T pass smog **** laws with that motor in it. sell the swap, buy a stock B16A2 motor and then sell it

It takes a little research, but it was my first honda engine transplant and I didn't find it that difficult at all. Thanks to some help and the search on H-T, I had all of the info I needed.
Alright, I need to sell this, so I dropped the price and took some new pics. I would just list it here, but I've never posted pictures.
