If it a real XS Spec ECU?

I only know of two XS Specs, one with a 4400RPM VTEC and 8700 Redline and another with a 4500RPM VTEC and a 9200 Redline.

None of them had a 9500RPM Redline.

well, yeah i think it is 9200 RPM, but I never tried going that high..
