Yes you can. You'll need to match the clutch with the tranny though. If you reuse your 91 tranny, you will need to use a 90-91 clutch. If you use a newer cable tranny, you'll need a 92-93 clutch.

You can use any bseries transmission with any b series block. Since you have a 91 integra, you'll need to stick to cable transmissions to prevent more complex modifications. The clutch just needs to match the transmission, not the block.

Electronically, there will be things that need to be done. You are obd0 which means you can only use an obd0 distributor and ecu. If you go vtec, you'll have to add wires for Vtec engagement. Here is a file that may help:

Let me know if you have any other questions. I will help you as much as I can.

Well, you're talking about a lot of money there.

There are quite a few posts up here so take a look at those for different opinions.

Building a b18/b20 block
GE sleeves - probably around $1000-1200 installed once all is said and done
Eagle Rods - $300-$350
Forged pistons - $400-$500 with rings included
Eagle stroker crank - $750-$1000 depending on deal
Hone - $50
Bore - $100-150
Hot Tank - $50
New b18c Oil Pump - $100
New b18c Water Pump - $50
New b18c Timing belt - $50
Block girdle - $200-300 (may be unnecessary)

You're probably going to be cheapest to just stick with sleeving and boring the block as opposed to just stroking it or both although it's unheard of.

Head work will cost a pretty penny too with most of your power being made through a good port job on a nonvtec head.

The blocks will bolt straight into your car using your stock mounts although you may want to upgrade or replace at the same time. Some swapping of parts may be necessary. Your car is obd0 so you'll need to keep your obd0 distributor and obd0 parts for them to function. If all you're replacing is the block though, this should be no big deal.

One thing you may consider as well is picking up a b18c oil cooler and the b18c coolant pipe to help keep your oil cool. These are a little hard to find but are usually inexpensive if they are used.

Let me know if you want to talk more about this. Maybe AIM or something...

Joe

Another thing to consider is a dart block. By the time you get done sleeving and working a stock block, you may have been able to just pick up one of these and not have to worry about quality of machine work.

Well, you will need to decide on turbo or NA now. You don't want to combine a high compression ratio with turbo. If you decide to stay NA (vtec is still considered NA), then you can go with pretty high compression. IF you're planning on 94 octane, I would shoot for 12.5:1. You will need to hone the block for proper ring seal, balancing isn't really necessary if you are getting aftermarket rods and pistons (they should be balanced already). You will probably want to micro-polish the crank (not necessary but good for a few horsepower and longevity). If you stay nonvtec, get a port and polish job and use some crower 404s. If you go vtec, a port and polish will do you well also and you could go with some jun 3's or toda cams. You have some preliminary decisions to make though.
