what's a charcoal canister? and do you have the screw/clip things that hold the bottom of the stock side skirts on?

It comes stock on all integras. it is a canister of charcoal that collects fas vapors and theoreticall vents them into the intake to be burned up by the motor. Bump it up. Buy my stuff!!!

 

Im willing to part out the full bottom end. Not the type r head though.
