I searched on this, and didn't quite find my answer.

I have just instaled a 5 lug conversion from a 99 jdm itr onto my LS. The problem now is that, one of the spindles, on the passanger front does not have a abs hook up. The holes are not tapped for the abs sensor. All of the rears, and opposite front have abs.

I am now wondering if i was sent a bogus spindle, or if it is possible that jdm itr's were not equiped with abs??

 

Yup. Most JDM Type R's don't come with ABS.

Yup, that's the problem.
Not only that, the USDM sensors don't reach the sensor rings when used with the JDM knuckles (even after you go through the bother of installing the missing sensor ring).

One of these days I'll get around to fixing the ABS on my car (since I also have this problem).

whoa, more problems ahead for me...

looks like i'll be driving without abs for longer than i had expected. Thanks for the good information.
