OT: My new signature...
To all my existing customers and future customers, please give Bert-O a call from now on for your OEM Parts.
It was nice meeting everyone and talking to everyone on the phone. I really did have alot of fun. And if I land another job at a different dealership, I might do the same.

No. Other issues have arised and has nothing to do with Honda-Tech and/or its members. As a matter of fact, you guys have been picking up where local wholesalers dropped off. So you guys have been keeping our department together. Thank You.

Until I have an exact date of my departure, yes. After that, it's up to who ever is in charge.

It's a decision that I have made and I will have to live with that. I really do enjoy working at Acura, but with these new policies and procedures set by new managers, I don't think that is for me. Money is not the issue here. It's more of the priciple of things. I recieve more money from working with my sister for a week than I do 3 months at Baranco Acura.
I do want to stay. Unless some miracle happens and the changes made were amended, my heart is set to leave.

Please make sure you've considered this very carefully.
The job market might be a little more difficult than you anticipated.
Are you able to discuss w/us the policies that have made you want to leave?</TD></TR></TABLE>
I'm with George on this one.
I realize that you may disagree with a few of the new policies. However, as George stated, the job market may be scarce once you need to find work elsewhere (unless you have a full-time job with your sister).
Depending on the degree of the policies, you could at least stick around for a while and then leave if you still cannot adjust.
Len, I'm not trying to convince you to continue working at Baranco just so I, along with the other members of H-T, may continue to buy OEM parts from you. You know me. I'm just looking out for you and suggesting that you think things through a bit more, granted you haven't already done so.

Ouch, sorry to hear that Len..............lol, I do know how you feel about stipud close minded magangement that decides to make new policy and such a tried and always ended up losing the best people they had. Lol, been there done that. Hell, we're sorta hiring still for an extra counterman, lol.....if you can stand the humidty and t-backs girls that come in,lol (Siesta Key beach is 10 minutes away)
I'm in the same boat right now, I'm debating on moving to another higher paying dealership as well , too much politics involves at all car dealerships, this is why I'm not sure about doing this in the any longer, a career change is in the works in the future for me or finish my masters degree(under-age college girls sounds nice, lol).

True,,,,,,,,but, at times, you just can take it anymore whereas it affects you outside the job environment.
Before I work with the Ghetto group, I was with a bigger/management group that had a better pay plan in the long run, but nowadays, certain people will not work if they are not happy with present employer, that is if your single and don't have little *****/wife running around, you can afford to leave for awhile.
However, Len, normally you need to step up to the plate and tell them whatsup!, Like "hey, I brought this much % from my internet sales rather than lose that #% from wholesales customer, whom may have gone somewhere and now your going to lose more of the%".
Funny, in this gusiness, alot of these managers are run by the old school GM/Ford idea, which, nowadays, it does not work. At the same time, you'll be suprise if you stand up for yourself and they'll listen.
Other than that, good luck, and if you decide to go work for another Honda/Acura dealership, feel free to call me , and I will give you my info as references if needed.
