Which is better?
and why?

(for mostly stock set-up)

 

I dont have an ITR but i have a JDM SiVTEC integra, i was using NGK stock plugs and got a set of denso iridiums and fitted them, i found them very good, good pick up and my gas.mileage increased...BUT the were they supposedly have a 100k mile life, i had mine in 25k miles approx and when i swapped in a set of new stock NGK the difference was amazing again, for the price of them and on a stock engine stick with stock plugs......!

 

Where's a good place to buy OEM ITR plugs ??

The iridium tip off the part actually ignites better over platinum or copper.If you look at them carefully , there are difference types of platinum or iridium plugs one is long life and one is high performance. The HP ones has better igniting power but shorter life.
