what kind of b16 head is that

 

1st gen I believe. can be used on a b16a2 block, or b16a.

i hate to sound like a b*tch but thats not a b16 head there are no lma and the head bolts are in the wrong place and the cam caps don't match and other things i just don't want to go in such detail
