CRX Si Seats in a 92 Si?

i just was wondering if CRX Si seats could bolt into a 92 Si hatch...are they hard to put in...is it worth it...does it bolt in directly? all responses are helpful...i think they are comfortable...

I believe if you swap rails they will fit.
