A Friend of mine totaled his car last night and he is parting out his car. He asked me to post this because I am an authorized hondata dealer. The hondata system comes complete with.

Stage 4 w/ 3 bar boost programming ($1290 retail)
Rom burner/emulator/adapter ($270 retail)
P28 ECU already installed ($175 retail)
obd2-obd1 conversion harness ($250 retail)
All software etc (included with stage 4 etc)

He is asking $1200 for everything
$1100 without the converion harness

Will the ecu fit a SOHC or DOHC or it doesn't matter??

 

The ECU is designed for a DOHC Turbo car. The Hondata system is a complete engine management system. for more info go to http://www.hondata.com

 

Can it fit my friends SOHC? he already has the P28.

 

IT is for use with DOHC VTEC forced induction, or DOHC VTEC all motor cars. It was on a 10 sec Turbo Civic. The car was daily driven etc.

 

So hondata doesn't work with SOHC vtec turbo?

 

Hondata will work with the SOHC turbo. The setup this person has is tuned for a DOHC. You should be able to go into the program and configure it to your SOHC car.
