Comfortable suspension upgrade?
I have a 94 GSR and am planning upgrades. Research shows that the Koni adjustable are very popular and these are what I plan to use. My question has to do with springs (yes, I have searched) How do the R springs compare with stock? Are they a lot stiffer? Stiff as, say, prokits? This car is a daily driver and xway flyer, will not see track or autox. I do enjoy trips thru the mountains, on ramps etc. I'm looking for a responsive setup but not as harsh as my CRX, it has full poly, prokits, illuminas, C8's with Yoko ES100's. Slamming it is not a priority either.
Any suggestions?
TIA

ala team-integra.net:
GSR 212 lb/in 117 lb/in
Stock Type R 0.51" 0.51" 246 lb/in 140 - 246 lb/in
Eibach Pro-Kit 1.3" 1.3" 331 lb/in 126 - 194 lb/in
as you can see the itr springs are milder in drop and springrate than the pro-kits.
If you feel the pro-kits are harsh on your crx, I would recommend getting an itr anti-swaybar before messing with the shocks/springs. You will probably be pleasantly suprised how much sway it eliminates. That is what you are trying to eliminte right?

Thanks for the info, my CRX isn't really that bad. The short wheelbase has a lot to do with it. I'm gonna need shocks soon (121K mi) and just thought an upgrade was in order. Yes, we want to remove body roll if possible. The R rear bar is on my list, just don't want a tail-happy car on the street. Not willing to sacrifice all the comfort the Teg has compared to my rex.
