Default how to install window visors on an EK

ok so since i did not see a how to on this part for our cars. i though i'd do a write up. i ordered these from JDMSpecPerf. Leo took care of me thanks . well, when i received them i couldnt find the instructions so i had to guess with all the different brackets. well here you go......

i love my parts

first you have to pull the outter weather stripping back, remember to roll your windows down. pull hard, you wont break anything.

now pop all the brackets into place except the B-brackets. D, F, H brackets can be popped on with the plastic clips on the visor while off the car.

the B-brackets use the little screws that are supplied. this part you have to pull the inner weather stripping back. where the B-brackets go, the metal part of the window frame has holes to bolt the bracket onto the frame. in the picture below shows which bracket goes to where.

now its time to install the visor on the door. at the very ends of the visor, there are already brackets mounted. the one near the mirror slides right in behind the triangle piece of the mirror. the other end near the door jam slides in right under the hard plastic. now push the rest of the brackets into the window frame groove.
put the weather stripping back into place.

now there are washers supplied, the go between the visor and the B-brackets. then that is when you can pop on the plastic clips.

wha La

should of taken more pics. hope the text helps... enjoy
