history of my cars......lots of pics
Was bored today and looking thru pics of all my old cars and thought I would share with my fello HT'ers.....some of the pics are shitty quality since a few of these were taken back in like 98-99.......comments welcome!
My 1st car....90 civic dx with full Si interior.....started off as an auto, converted it to 5sp with a zc tranny cause at 1st I was going to swap in a zc until I rode in a friends hatch with a b16a
Shitty pic, but u can kinda see the RS-R exhaust (my fav of all time) and yes I know the taillights were kinda ricey and the white H badge

B16a with headwork, ITR manifold, ITR cams+valvetrain, AEM cai, AEM cam gears, DC 4-2-1 header, RS-R cat back, B&M FPR, NGK wires and chipped ecu.
The dyno results of that motor(dont know why they have mph instead of rpms, and no tq reading either for some reason) anyways, 172.1 hp. The before #s were 146.2hp and 105tq with a aem cai and cat back(too lazy to take a pic of that dyno sheet and post it up
)
2nd car. Sold my 90 hatchie to a friend and bought this 88 CRX Si...this one basically just had a drop, 90 Integra booster and MC and a b16a in it, nothing too special (i did end up fixing the front lip)
B16a Y1 tranny w/LSD in this one with just basics, AEM cai, DC 4-1 header, Thermal cat back, B&M FPR and chipped ecu.....
Dyno #s on this motor were right after I got it with an akimoto short ram intake and the shitty *** non-mandrel exhaust with flowmaster muffler. After installing the AEM cai and thermal cat back I did notice a difference, so my #s would have been a tad higher.......
3rd car was a 90 civic si dumped with H&R race springs and some del sol seats. It just had a zc(slow as hell) and later a CF hood. Wheels were 17" ADR. Later added 99 Si rims that I rolled on up until the car got totaled
Shitty *** zc motor....AEM cai and Greddy MX exhaust (lengthened to fit the hb)
The results after some drunk ******* cuts me off
Yeah, thats my fatass standing there in the back on the phone
I ended up buying the car back for $250 and parted it out
Current car: 90 CRX Si. This one is just lowered with sportlines and has the stock motor with an intake, havent really had the cash to put into it. Plans are to get a SiR front end and paint the car before I do a swap or anything this time around. Heres some of the different stages this car has gone thru (I'm a wheel ***** and have tried different rims, mostly just swapping with friends)
Bone stock.....
Lowered.....
HX rims powdercoated gun metal....
00 GSRs.....
Slips.....
17" shu-4 copies....
Stock d16a6 baby!!!
And thats all for now........Thanks for looking!!!

or do you just clean it before pics?</TD></TR></TABLE>
Simple Green and a little scrubbing where needed.......Then I use Trim Shine on the black stuff......I usually keep up on it pretty good in all my cars, been slackin a little with my current car cause I never pop the hood to show off my mighty stock d16a6
