here is the situation I was looking for ef hatch glass & driver side window on sept the 4 Jason schneider from Ohio a.k.a (V12EATER) told me he was parting out 3 ef hatches that he would send me both the windows for 120 shipped and that he would ship as soon as he recieved the $$$ so i used Pay pal to send the money on Sep 8 the same day it was sent in it was collected this was on a monday and that same day I called him to confirm and he replied dont worry ill put it on the mail tommorow tues Sep 9 any way he never called me to give me a tracking # so i waited until friday Sep 12 to call him again but he told me that he did not have any time during the week that he was gonna do it Mon the 15 well he never did. Ive called his cell phone,house,e-mails,IM's,PM's, i even left a message telling that if he was having a problem he could let me know i could wait on my parts but he did not reply to any of my numerous calls or messages there for i requested reverse payment from pay pal but we all know pay pal any ways they take 30 days for investigation, the thing is dat we all have issues or problems @ one point, I guess i was beign more than understanding by asking that if he had spent the shipping $$$ i could wait on my parts but he did not have the decency of returning my calls
like i said im looking for opinion on this issue and imma let you H-T members be the judge on this

Let paypal sort it out.. they will send him an email making him refund the money or provide a tracking number.. if he doesn't respond to that.. then they will pursue it further.. Don't wait too much longer.. you only have 30 days from when you sent the money..

 

Where is he located?

 

i already made the claim w/pay pal and they said they would do the collecting i just hope its true and this in not really a $$$ issue i just want to let a potential scammer be known for what he is

hahahahahaha, it is my experience that paypal is useless. They will not pursue very far at all, thus I am out $275 and will never use it again. COD or Postal Money Orders are the way to go. Postal Inspectors are in every town and will go all the way.

In light of this, I would call your local, or HIS police/sheriff's dept. and tell them the deal. they might give him a call.

well pay pal returned my money wich i thought was not gonna happen so i got my happy ending but the bottom line is the **** is stilla a scammer
