Default 98 head on 95 block, will it work??

my buddy has a 95 f22 non vtec...and he has a chance to buy a 98 f23 vtec head for dirt cheap...can it be done, is there a lot of work involved, or can it just not be done?? im not to familiar with accords, so any info is appreciated. thanks

can not be done easily. F22 and F23 have a different bore

what do you need to do to correct that? which has a larger bore diameter, the head or block?
