DTR Powered JDM B18C5 wins Sonoma Dyno contest..
Just wanted to say congarts. to Alvaro Viana who won the Quaker State high performance NHRA Dyno Challege Sonoma CA this pass weekend in Naturally Aspirated four-cylinder category.
This was a last min thing for Alvaro who was running a stock JDM B18C5 motor before this pass weekend. With the help of his buddy Andy, swapping over to a skunk stage 2 cam with portflow inner springs and a DTR header. This motor made 196.7 HP on one pull untuned redline at 8500 RPM. Congratulations!

Damn, serious.
Where did you get that DTR header? Also, is it 4-2-1 or 4-1? And does it have the 2.5 inch JDM flange or the USDM 2 inch flange?
wow, that's a lot of hp for a stock motor. i have a jdm type r with toda spec b package, base line only 194. this is with a spoon ctr piston. 13.1 i like to know if you have dyno the car with a different header to see the different?
