Default WTB: JRSC

im looking for a complete jackson racing supercharger kit for the integra gsr (b18c). im going to be putting it on my ls (b18b), so an intake manifold modified for a gsr jrsc and an ls engine would be great but not necessary. looking for something under $2000, but if it comes with accessories the $2000 limit can be raised.

I have a M62 blower (GSR kit) that is converted for a LS motor. I have a bunch of different pullies for different boost levels. Right now its on my car running 10-12 PSI. I will give you everything that I have to put it in your car except for the fuel pump (if you really want a pump I can get you one for $80-100). I might even throw in the Cartech FMU along with the kit which is way better than the stock JR FMU. Also the IM I polished a little so it looks pretty nice. There are no leaks from the supercharger, and it has been used for about 15-20K miles (which is nothing for the Eaton blowers, they usually last to 100K before being rebuilt).

I can sell it to you for $2000 shipped for the whole setup. If you PM me we can discuss things in more detail because I may be able to throw in a few extras if your serious about buying it.

youve been runnin it on 11 psi for about 15-20k mi and youre askin $2000 for it. im a little concerned about the condition of the rotors due to the high boost and the length of time its been under that much pressure. if you could get a couple pictures of the rotors that would really help. i only want the 6 lb pulley btw.

It hasn't been run with that much boost for that long probably at most 4-5K miles, most of the time it had the 6psi pulley on it. Besides 10-12 PSI is still well within the tolerances for the M62 blower. I have all the pullies too, so its up to you which you would like to run. The supercharger is still in the car, but I can take pics of it to show that there is no leakage. If your serious then I would be willing to remove it to take any pics you would need. The stepper pulleys and Cartech FMU are alone worth a good amount of money, not to mention that it is already setup for an LS motor. We may be able to work a little on price, depending on shipping, but I assure you that the blower is in good shape. In fact the only reason I am even thinking of selling the setup is to build an N/A motor for my new project. PM me if you want any details or you want to discuss anything.

first of all, dont pm me; my pop up blocker doesnt like pm. is the cartech fmu a rising rate fmu? if i were to get the fmu, would getting a jr map controller be needed? is the fmu set up for the 6 psi or the 12 psi? id really like pictures of the rotors because thats whats really going to determine my decision, but i dont want you to go through all of the trouble of taking it off and having me be unsatisfied. what was this jrsc used for (ie. street, strip, autox, daily driver)? what are the stepper pulleys? im very serious about getting a jrsc, but i want one that will last as long as my car. btw, do you have anyone that can vouch for you?

ok the blower was/is used on a daily driver and never taken to the strip. The FMU is a rising rate FMU and everything is setup for higher boost (8-12PSI). I have the pulleys for 6, 8, 10-12 PSI. If you were to run the blower on 6 PSI with stock injectors and the Cartech FMU you should be more than fine with just an upgraded pump. I am running upgraded pump, injectors, FMU, FPR, and lowered timing and the car isn't really tuned (runs rich still). I would just lower the timing a little and forget the JR map controller.

I don't know how much you know about the JRSC, but they use Eaton superchargers, which are used on alot of factory vehicles like the Pontiac grand prix or Ford lightning. The blowers are very reliable and last a long time. I haven't had any problems with mine.

I think if you have any more questions about my particular setup or blower for sale is best if we move the conversation over to PM, email or AIM before the mods get upset. My email is bitzbp@aol.com and my AIM name is bitzbp. Just let me know if you want anymore info.

why would the moderators get mad? this is the classified section. would upgrading the injectors yield the same effect as an upgraded pump? what would i have to do to to set the fmu for low boost (ie. 6 psi)?

WAKE UP!

my interest in a jrsc has once again be rekindled after being overwhelmed by the complication of a turbo set up. come on, there has to be someone whos going jrsc to turbo and needs some extra cash .
