Default Take over my lease (BMW 330i)

TAKE OVER MY LEASE!!!
2001 BMW 330i
http://albums.photopoint.com/j/Album...a=12471874&f=0

damn Photopoint.

Jet Black w/Black Leather Interior and Aluminum Trim.
3.0 Liter in-line 6 Cylinder DOHC 225 HP engine.
5 Speed Manual Transmission.
Sport Package:
17” Wheels (17x7.5 F, 17x8.5 R; 225/55 F, 245/50 R tires).
Sports Suspension.
10-Way Adjustable Front Sports Seats.
Aerodynamic Package with Fog Lights.
Sports Steering Wheel w/radio, cruise control and phone controls.

Cold Weather Package:
Heated Front Seats (3 way).
Headlight washers.
Folding Rear Seats (50/50).
Ski-sack in center armrest pass-thru.

Options:
Power Sunroof, Leather Seats, High Intensity Discharge (HID) Xenon headlights, Harmon-Kardon 10 Speaker Stereo System w/CD player, Traction Control, Stability Control.

Standard Features:
Keyless Entry (open/close windows and sunroof, trunk), Automatic Climate Control (w/auto Recirculate), Courtesy Package, Six Airbags, ABS Brakes, Tilt Steering Wheel, Auto-Down and Up on all windows and sunroof, Lots and Lots More.
Other Details:
Three Year Bumper-To-Bumper Warranty.
Three Year Free Scheduled Maintenance (all oil changes/belts/brakes etc.).
36 Month, 12k Miles/year Lease (4 months, 4k miles into it).

I originally put $1200 down payment and the monthly payment is $498.00 per month. The insurance rates are surprisingly low ($1700/year for a 24 year old male; full coverage).
I just want someone to take the lease over straight up (no down payment); I’m moving to NYC. It is a great car and I really hate to give it up. Check dealer prices, you will not find a deal like this.

Please e-mail me at Kamil_13@yahoo.com for more info.
