Mini wheels and Enkei rf-1's
enkei rf-1s sprayed gunmetal with es 100 in 205/45/16.
base model mini wheels with stock 175/65/15 tires.
the lug pattern is 4x100. the hub bore is nearly identical to honda's wheel.
the difference in tire sizes.

no mods to the wheel other then using aftermarket lugs.
The lugs require this, / \. Stock ones are rounded. I think the term is tappered for aftermarket, and acorn for stock.
