Curious, what code did you get?

Looks great! Were you able to get that big *** 3" intake pipe between the turbo and your air filter??? I am running my filter straight on the turbo housing because the pipe just wouldn't fit!
Also, I see you got the precision turbo. with the .83 and .60 housings? How does it spool? I have the exact same kit I just installed, and it came with a t3t04e .60 and .63... Who knows. Looks good, man!

Don't you have the older, welded style? I don't think there have been any issues with the new cast mani's...I know mine's holding up fine. The only complaint that I had was the thing needed alot of work with my die grinder as the 1/4" overhang on each side of the turbine opening and all the flash in the manifold weren't cutting it.

i didnt crop anything out. the radiator was out for a little bit while i put the turbo in and the a/c condenser is totally out of the system. no more a/c for me.

nice.. i didnt feel the need to have that extra weight on my car anyway.. after taking out the power steering im glad i did it. waste of buying power steering fluid and it feels alot better without it. a/c i rarely use it so it wasnt worth having on my car. with everything out it makes everything on my car look alot cleaner without all that mess in the engine bay.
Man I am so in envy. I have a 2k1 Prelude also silver and I have been wanting to boost it since I got it. Looks awesome! Makes me want to do it sooner than later. Are you all stock except the turbo? Definately let us all know what kind of #'s you get at the dyno. Congrats Rexorz!

Since when are you running a cast manifold Ian??............ yeah the only thing i don't like about the rev hard is that the FMIC piping goes right over the exhaust housing of the turbo, greatly reducing hp gains....... so what i did before i blew up was turned the trubo around and ran the piping straight over and around, the only thing i had to change was the pipe off the turbo, the other piping was fine........you have to do a little cutting and thinking and welding, but it worked great

Since a certain honda-tech-hyped manifold manufacturer didn't/hasn't finished a h-series manifold yet...I wanted to get back on the road and since my old fmax manifold wouldn't fit a 60-1 compressor I needed something that would. I'll swap it as soon as the other manifold is completed, but this gives me something to play with for the time being.
BTW, the intercooler pipe routing, while suboptimal, isn't that bad. I was going to route mine down and over like a couple others have done (and like I think you were describing) but it would have required moving the upper inlet on my fluidyne as the compressor housing was too large to fit the upper rad hose when rotated in that direction. It was just easier to keep it up and over with a modified fmax upper pipe. I've wrapped that section in heat wrap and really dont think that I'm losing anything as my IAT's are pretty cool considering the hot weather.
