Default b16 ECU's

Im going to purchase an ECU for my swap. Does it matter if it is pr3 or pw0? Is there any differences between the two? Its going to get chipped anyways, just want to know. thanx. What cars did each ecu come out of? Is one auto the other manual....?

go OBD1, it's a bitch to find PR3s, and PW0s. And they break mysteriously and are near impossible to fix.
