I currently have a bone stock 2001 NHBP Type R with about 19k+ miles. The only modification to the car is the stereo head unit, which has been changed to a Pioneer DEHP-7300 and is currently running Bridgsetone SO3's. The car is in pristine condition and has had it's oil changed meticulously everything 3k miles. I have all of the service records and there is still 1.5 years left on the warranty.

yeah, thats gotta be Mission hills, its probably one of the cleanest R's in Fremont, maybe even the Bay area!
