how loud will it be on a gsr w/ short ram, headers and obx 2 1/4 pipe w/ resonator?

plus does it get louder w/ age?

 

Like most canister style exhausts, it is LOUD. Some can live with it, some like it, some hate it. It does flow nicely, and is typical Spoon quality. I think if you do a search, you can probably find feedback of users. Thanks!

speaking of loud...I got black-flagged at the track today for hitting 103dB with my Thremal R&D cat back, high flow carsound cat, and aem CAI. I guess thats what I get for hitting 9k on the straight in vtec as I passed the decible meter.

Yes, there are still a few not spoken for.

 

I have this exh right now, i have had both on the car the "street" as well as the N1. I am not a big fan of a loud EXH, but the N1 just sounds mean! its is a lot louder then the Street muffler, but offers more of a gain as well. i do not have #'s but will get on the dyno very soon to compare both the spoon street, and the spoon N1. I am using a JDM header, and test pipe, with stock bpipe, which is about to modified with a few SMS, pce's. hope this helps with your decisions.

looks like the tip is 65 mm from that pic, although i can't read japanese. 65 mm = about 2.5 inches
