Im looking to get my 60k mile maintainence check done, can anyone give me a list of whats needed to be done, fluids changed, valve adjustment, everything that should be covered and also a price i should be looking to pay not going to the dealership?

I don't have the manual infront of me to tell you all the things that need to be done, but I was quoted $285 from a honda repair shop (not dealership). It seems like a fair price.

 

Basic tuneup(includes valve adjustment), tranny and coolant flush, check fluids, ignition system, brake system, srs system, check general condition. Basically short of putting a new water pump and timing belt in, you just have to get everything checked out. You can do most of that yourself and just have a shop do the tranny flush and the valve adjustment(if you don't think you could do it). It's also nice to have a shop check the general condition of everything so you know how your car's doing.
