what equipment? you get 36 inch flatbar from homedepot. cut it in half. 2 18 inch pieces. u can cut that in half with a hacksaw by hand. get a drill and some bits.
theres no equipment. read the entire thread, look at my pics, black sprint in red civic, see those metal plates?
IM owen the soyboy and ask him to upload those pics again

Poor thing. You're scared of tools.
Any good race fab shop will make them for you, for around 2-300 dollars.
Assuming that the Sparco or Wedge Engineering brackets don't fit your car.......

lol. yea thats what sucks. considering i paid nothing for an old beat up EG seat that was used as a rail/slider donor. plus 6 bucks for the flatbar from home depot.
you havent said what car they are going into (em2 im guessing. 2001+ coupe). you havent mentioned what seats you own at all.
you ask vague questions you get vague answers.
check this diagram from owen..
u need to verify that these locations will work for you. the 13.58 measurement is for sparco bottom mounts. the 17 is distance for the stock sliders. ithink you can keep the 17 but the 13.58 distance may be off considering your seat brand. get creative.
i used a 3/8 drill bit i believe.
see..bar mounts to seat, sliders/rails mount to bar.
another view, bolts going through slider into the flat bar.
i like this mod. seats me lower then sparco/wedge mounts, i keep a stock belt buckle, its sturdier then ****, and always passes tech at autocross. keep in mind i can push on the seat very rigorously and move/shake the whole car. very solid. kudos to owen for the help again.
10 dollars max with some patience vs 200 bucks, you decide. TurboCX got his going the same way.

Well I have the Recaro SRD all that came with the seats where sliders. Is it possible to use the OEM seat brackets?

what more do u need. read the whole post from owen, remove stock sliders from your seat, use the measurements, make sure the inner most holes are measured with the SRD mounting points in mind. you're lookin for a free hand out but it aint gonna get any easier then this for what you wanna do. you're probably better off buying rails from recaro or having someone maku you some for 200+.

if you have srd your going to need side mount brackets to fasten it t the other bracket you use to mount it in the car.
i think brides bracket is a seat bracket / sidemount and slider all in one. should bolt up no probs
