yep.. all center caps. but no pins.. if you remember these rims back in the day.. they came with cotter pins.. just for looks.. but i wish i had them just to complete them even more. let me know what's up.

Bump, cause I've seen the rims in person and they are very clean and I know the guy and I took the pictures of the prelude in the second pic post...

 

any problems with the wheels..dents, scrapes..so on. What offset are the wheels?
