ITR seats in EK?

for itr rear seats to fit in an ek, you are going to have to swap the skins on the back section. meaning, cut the metal rings holding the material to the frame and swap them. you can reattach them with zip ties. the bench will be a direct bolt on but you may have some gaps on the sides. wait... what ek do you have? hatch or coupe?
the steps to install itr front seats using the itr rails is to: 1) bolt up the front 2 bolts, then slide the seat forward. 2) bend the outside rail down (teg rail goes straight out, civic ones are bent) and bolt down. 3) take seat out and at the end of the inside rear rail, cut off the little nub bump with a hacksaw and reinstall seat. 4) bolt down the 3 rails and find a large washer to place in between you inside rear bolt and the rail. this will ensure that your seat is firmly secured down.
i would not suggest driving with only 3 bolts.

inside rear rail with washer trick
outer rear rail
swapped the skins to make it fit oem
gap on either side of the bench, but i fixed it by putting some black speaker fabric to fill the space

ITR seats bolt straight into EG, no need to swap rails. And the rears fit the same as they do in EK.

here are my itr's in my ek. click below for pics of my car.

like stated before, the metal frames need to be swapped out for the backs. for the bottom, i noticed that tabs will pop in only if you have 99-00 EK. not the 96-98 EK. to get rid of the gap between the backs and the bottom, cut up some cushion from your stock ek bottoms and stuff it under the itr bottoms to raise it about an inch or two.

Do you have a gap on the side of rear seats?

do teg seats sit higher (front) than stock seats in a 92-95 hatch? if so, any way to make them sit a little lower. i would like to put front and rear black leather gsr seats in my hatch. i'm all into the comfort thing... no squeeks or rattles.... pretty smooth ride... looks good...power windows, keyless entry.... fast, and still handles great.
