seeing as how i read all my mag's cover to cover in about 2 days, i realized i need something a bit more substantial. while flipping channels tonight i came across ESPN Sports Century: The Unser Family. I thought that it might be cool to read a book about a certain driver's life, or just something other than driving techniques/car setup (i.e. ayrton senna).
anyway.....any ideas/suggestions?

About 10 years ago I got into reading biographies of old racers and found it pretty interesting. I have biographies on Sir Jack Brabham, John Cooper (ala Cooper race cars and Mini Coopers), Stirling Moss (very much a stroke job), Tazio Nuvolari, Jim Clark, Mark Donahue, etc. Pretty good reading if you have ineterst in some of the golden years of racing.
When "The Unfiar Advantage" about Donahue was rereleased several years ago, I got one of the first copies although I had previously borrowed and read it years before. As a kid, Donahue was my hero and I distinctly remember being a middle schooler and being crushed when he died.
