Default Tubed 97 Civic coupe, rolling chassis.

I have lost all gumption in my current project, and am taking a DRASTIC turn in my ventures. Still keeping the high compression LSVtec w/high boost, but its going in a different car.
So heres the deal. Rolling road legal chassis w/full cage f/s. Give me an offer, no super lowballers. I will ship, but of course at buyers expense.
I will let the EMS and B series Engine harness go for another $1k on top of whatever I decide to offer...
Now the pics:

Thats about it for pics. If you want more, I can take them, and/or videos. There is no body damage, everything is straight. The car has a salvage title from a previous owner, thats why I tubed the front end. Believe it or not, its road legal, and is straight as an arrow.
The car comes with everything pictured except the wheels and engine/driveline.
Make some offers

I'll buy the front bumper if you end up having it lying around. I'll make it fit.

why go simple?
yes, 60-1 on each engine, fatty mickeyT ET streets on all 4 corners, speedpro controlling the rear engine, hondata front, 20 psi or so in each engine, full tube chassis(tin aluminum floor to ditch weight), and 1000 awhp EASY on race gas. Think itll be fun?
