Quaife will be contacting me today on the pricing for the racks. I will post the price here as soon as I have it. Ratio should be somewhere around 15:1 (2.75 turns lock to lock).

I will have to put down 1/2 the cost to get production started, so I'll have to get your $ before I put in the order.

I will get the approximate delivery schedule from Quaife when I place the order.

I will need at least 20 orders to make this happen, so tell your friends.

ATTENTION: In order to get this off the ground I've cut the price to $275, which doesn't leave me much margin on these things, but I really want to make them. Shipping will be $20 anywhere in the US.

does your turn ratio determine how fast you can turn your wheels or the diameter your car can create driving in say a circle dependant upon the ratio.

or in retard terms can a better ratio rack make my car flip a bitch w/o having to bust a 3 way turn on a two way street.

or will it just make my turn in faster for my 3 point turn?

 

The ratio needs to be something that they can make that won't overstess the pinion, so they make them at about the same ratio for all the ones they do...

I'll probably set up an online ordering spot on my website to take paypal, and can always take credit card info on the phone or by fax...

This maybe too early to ask, but what kind of guarantee would these racks have? These are completely new units correct? not rebuilds?

the stock manual rack is like 19:1

the stock ps rack is close to 15:1 but alittle more i think.
