Default LSVTEC vs GSR

ok guys right now i got a fully built lsvtec motor on my 94 coupe and my best time to date is a 12.8 @ 109 just wondering if with a fully built gsr i could get better power? or is it pretty much lsvtec=more torque, gsr=high end? thanks ps my lsvtec dynoed at 238 @ 8400 built by dh-racing

just keep the lsvtec cuz uve already spent the money on that. why spend more on a gsr? or, u could take out the 1.8 and make it a crvtec

the whole purpose of LSVTEC is to get the top end power, it already has better low end and mid range , by putting on the vtec head u get the best of both worlds, and since your fully built , i think going with a GSR is going to be a waist of money if your looking to improve, unless you go with a 2.0 with the GSR, those are very good numbers for an lsvtec that you got tho, more on your setup?

How high are you reving the LSvtec? Stock walls? I wouldn't go pass 8.5k. I could feel the vibration from my B20vtec at about 7.5k.

Nice numbers..... I'd stick with what you have or go with the CRVtec setup.

keep the ITR head, GSR head may give u more compression, but i think flow is more important at a high RPM
