They are from the Civic VTI, the model that you dont have there in USA.

i thought they were only available in Japan with the headrests in the rear like that. so central and s. america have those seats too then?

Yes the Vti comes with those seats here in Panamá.., and about the lip i was thinking in the Type-R Front and Rear Lip and the Spoon wing in the rear.
