Default just weighed the hatch at the local dump scale

it weighed in at 2080lbs. '88 civic hatch STD w/ b16 engine swap. gutted out from dash back. 6 point SCCA spec rollcage (not chromoly). 1/2 talk of gas.

Hunter - who will be breakin' out the grinder this weekend to get in sub 2000lb range

Not too shabby. Mine weighs in at 2005 lbs, gutted, with a B16 and a half tank of gas.

Mine was weighed at 2080 lbs with full interior, lsvtec swap but no rear seats. Had 2 jdm itr front seats that weighed 55 lbs each. I already sold em a couple of weeks ago and replaced em w/ a sparco evo (15 lbs). I'll weigh the car again and repost.

hehe, i wieghed in at 2070lbs with full interior and a full tank of gas. Well, no spare tire and stuff, but both stock seats, and the stock motor. 89 crx si. Oh, well i did have a bag full of tools.

i dont get it. i weighed my hatch full interior with d16z6 swap and it was 2180. how is your cars so much lighter with a much heavier engine.
