First of all I am sorry if this is in the wrong forum. With that out of the way I went to see my hatch today and it is almost done, it will be ready to be picked up on friday. The guy who own the shop was really cool because he let my friend Kaream, aka novtec1, and I work on the car in his shop. I will take some more pictures after I put my exhaust, wheels and coilover on. I also inculded some before pics so you could see how nasty it was. Here's my set up:

carsound 2.5 inch cat
buddy club spec III exhaust
p28 ecu chipped by kenji for itr optimal specs
el cheapo coilovers (until I can afford my tein's)
2000 civic si wheels (I pick them up in 13 days )

It looks like the s2000 silver, but isnt that silver stone?

 

Yeah it kinda looks like that color but a little darker. I was actually gonna go with that color first but then my buddy (colon ) took me to the porsche dealership and showed me this color.

SUPERDAVE: the color is "Seal Grey Metallic" it is a color on the new Porsches.

B18 C6 is the European ITR engine.

Ohh and by the way, whats the specs on the euro r motor? Is it the same as the jdm type r or the usdm type r?

Well here are the specs on the motor. It has 11:1 compression and the JDM final drive but is only rated at 195 horsepower?!?! I'm thinking that the reason why the horsepower is rated lower is because even though it has the JDM compression it had a crappy USDM looking header. That may not be the reason but I was thinking that with the high compression and the smaller collector (2.25) that horsepower was actually lost, thus the lower horsepower rating.

 

Damn. Great improvement. Looks very good

 

Projects like this should set the example of determination and good planning , ....Damn every car we built together over is just nasty

EGTYPER: The paint job cost me $2400 euro which is about $2800 us dollars. When I brought the car to the paint shop it was empty just like in the pictures. The only thing I put back on was the rear lights. I was gonna get it painted in the states but when I comes to painting and body work I think that the Germans are second to none so I shipped that car over, found the engine and here we are.
HYBRIDRACER: Do not worry about the size man. I wish I has some nice roads to drive on like your buddy these roads over in Germany are crappy.

Thanks agian for the replies. My radiator still is not in I don't belame sohfast they shipped it out the next day, the mail system over here sucks. Mike I tried to take a look at your hatch but the link wasn't working. I will make another post once shes been on the street. There is a guy running around here with one of those new turbo neons. I think the first thing i'll do when I get my car back is install these tasty items
