yes you do have to rewire some stuff,
and trim away some of the dash to make it fit, but it does look quite cool when its done i got one in my and i likes it alot.

this how i did it in my 91 civic.
this is how you gots to wire it up(just like a teggy)

large clip
green/blue l blue/red l vacant l blue l vancant l yellow/green l black l yellow l green/orange l black/yellow l blue/white l yellow/red

Small clip
yellow/red l green/red l green/black l vancant l yellow/white l yellow/red l red l vancant l red/black l green/yellow

you have to extend some of the wires to make them fit to the other clips, but its all good.

EG Hatch's are electric VSS... pulse.. not speedo cable.. and just wondering.. why would you use the 88-91 cluster hood, in a 91? i would think the newer style hood would fit better?

Did you use the Integra cover that goes over the cluster? Because i've got a GSR cluster and I dont see how the cluster will fit in the EFs cover.

theres a post floating around here.. a GSR cluster in a EF chassis.. it can be done.. but it was on a 90 (round hood) now, the 88-91.. i can't see that happeneing.. look at the older clusters, they're almost reqtangular.. the new clusters start to oval at the top.. thats why i can't see how you would put the 88-89 hood on that cluster.. but whatever works i guess.
