Accord owners with a nice Spring Set up.. keyword spring setup, im looking for a nice ride
IM looking for a nice set of springs. With the past vehicles i have been rolling coilovers. My civic my crx and my accord now, all coilover setups. They ride low even when the are coiled all the way up. If you have seen pics of my accord and how it sits now, its not very easy to drive in downtown areas. And where i live now i havent had to worry bout large interstates, and down town streets. But im moving to Minneapolis, and i need a spring that can offer me the ride and height i need. I have been down with coilovers untill now. Im looking for a nice spring that will give me the height and rate i need, so i dont bottem out everywhere, I NEED MY CAR TO BE A DAILY DRIVER again.. For peeps who live in the types of areas where you cant be to low lemme know what you are rolling on.. Thanks.
I havent been payin attention to many spring threads, so im kinda out of the loop.
Ride height and price would be great, lemme know.
I have AGX struts too.
Thanks everyone.

not to low, right now my car is coiled all the way up and it sits no finger gap.
I need like an inch or so gap, more if anything but not less.

Eibach prokit and Koni yellow. to quote a friend of mine "If I didn't already know it was lowered, I couldn't tell by just riding in it"
As far as ride is concerned, the wheel and tires your running on also matters, on one of my accord's i am running an 18 inch wheel with a 35 rated tire, and let me tell you, the ride is non-existent, i also am using coils and have them set to the highest possible setting, with no finger gap also, but, on my other accord i am running seventeens with a 45 and the ride is so much better, and on that i have the H&R springs, and it doesnt sit too low, i believe its 1.75 inches, but god knows, its been forever, but yea, so consider what your riding on also! and if thats not the case, well, uhm, good luck!!!!
i have a set of weapon-r coilovers on my car now and it rides like a dream with 18's sits ride hight in middle and sits on ground all the way down.

I am running skunk2 coilovers with tokico adj. and they ride really nice. I have the fronts set on 3 and the rears on 2 and it's a really nice ride. I live in the chicago area so I know what crappy roads are like. A good set of coilovers with ride better than springs you just need a good setup. The draw back being is that they are very expensive. but IMO well worth it.
currently i too am running skunk2 coilovers, but i am on koni yellows. full hard on the rear and 2/3 hard on the front. i used to run h&r sports, which are perfect for a daily driver; not too high, but nice and low with 18s.
