Default vtec wiring pressure switch, knock sensor

alright here's the situation

B16A1
90' crx si
obd0 PR3

i know where to wire the vtec to my ECU, but where do they go on the engine?

1)where do i wire the vtec pressure switch? is it that green plug under the vtec seloniod? if so i see 2 wires coming out of it and in that picture it says only 1 wire.

2)where do i wire up the knock sensor, or where is it located?

3)do i just extend the 2nd o2 wire to the ecu?

4)last but not least, the vtec is a simple ecu to solenoid, correct?

i know i sound like a big baby.

and if anybody can post pictures of the knock sensor and vtec pressure switch it will be very helpful.

thanks

The vtec pressure switch is the green connector under the vtec solenoid. It has 2 wires because one goes to the ecu and the other goes to a ground anywhere on the engine. Also the knock sensor is a green plug located at the rear of the block underneath the intake manifold. I wired everything but the knock sensor on my b16a and it runs fine without it.
