Default Best Exhaust for H23 prelude...?

I'd just like to know everyone's opinions on what the best exhaust is for if I'm going N/A with my h23. I'd also like to hear your reasoning behind those opinions. I'm getting exhaust soon and I want to make sure I get the best bang for the buck. DC CC header is the only engine mod to my h23.

When I bought my car, it had a DC Sports catback on it. It sounds very good imo.

I guess Thermal is the way to go. Are there reasons for this? Best hp increase to mods; best top end; best bottom end; both?

hp gains are the same with 99% of all exhausts.

the best part about the thermal is that yes it can be loud under WOT, but when you are not it has the sweetest deep yet not to loud tone out of ANY exhaust PERIOD!!!! I constantly get comments from older folks and domestic owners alike for its sound.

I was wondering the same thing myself. I will be looking to get an exhaust after I get a job I am hoping for!! Looks like the verdict is in, and Thermal R&D is the way to go. I haven't heard anything bad about this system.

There is a reason why you don't see anyone selling a used Thermal.

I painted my Thermal this past weekend. It is going to sound awesome and look classy. Can't wait.

Haven't any of you noticed he said for a H23. So a couple of exhausts on here aren't options. aka the evo unless you just mean the old version of the evo the PE.

Oh and by the way if you're going all motor then you don't want any can exhaust you want something with a full muffler on it. examples being WS, HKS sport, DC sport, ect. these will make sure you're midrange power (the H23's specialty) aren't lost. If you put some huge can exhaust on there you will lose alot of midrange. So in my humble opinion get a test pipe and an HKS sport. They are sweet and very few people rock them. Pretty cheap too

Peace

You need to check your local and state laws before buying any exhaust. Tickets are definately a bitch. GReddy has paperwork saying their exhaust is legal in 49 states.

I would go with the Greedy Evo exhaust, I had one installed on my car at first I liked the sound of it, it loud but a deep loud noise if you don't want a loud exhaust I wouldnt recomend it. You also feel a power difference and has a big agressive tip. If you need one I can get it for you I work at SP Engineering check out our site at http://www.power-sp.com so let me know or im me at mikea414.
