Great find Double A ron!
BTW I have used the PC625 for a year and through winter with no problem so far. It is obvious it doens't car for temperatures in the Teens. Opt for the PC680 if you live somewhere really cold.

These have lower than standard power output but i don't know the weight or power (CCA) output to a T1R. Someone have that info?
There has been no issue with the amount of power it provides and as for operation it is the same as anything else.

Can you please be more specific. A comment with out info is useless to us really.

He had his Battery for a month or two, installed it into his car, and the battery was not holding a charge, he sent it back to me we sent it to A&J and its being tested to see if its covered under warranty.
I fail to see why you would simply Generalize that All the batteries suck because yours had problems. Haven't had any other people having a problem with theirs.

Sorry to generalize, just frustrated with that situation. Im sure the battery is fine in most cases.
To explain my problem with the T1R, the battery was NEVER INSTALLED on the car, mainly because the car was still being built at the time. When the time came to finally get my car up and running, the stock battery was hurting and struggled to turn over the motor. So I went to install the T1R battery after it had been sitting in my room for quite some time(not sure how long, probably over 2 months), and I got nothing, just some buzzing noise and the car wouldnt even turn over. I put the battery on from my civic, and it atleast tried to turn over, so I figured the T1R battery was drained. No problem, Ill just charge it up. Took the battery to a local station to charge it up, went to install it, it started the car up no problem. Next day, battery was dead. This was not good because the car was to be tuned that day. Not a big problem, I figured Id just take the battery with me to the tuning shop and they could charge it up while getting my car ready. I used a temp battery at the shop, got the car running halfway decent, went to put in the T1R, and got more buzzing. So thats when I got in touch with Mike M to see if we could get it straightened out. I sent the battery back, and am waiting for word.

Meijer or any friendly garden store...
320CCA tractor battery. Half the size/weight of stock, plenty of CCAs to crank over a Honda motor and it is only $19.99
Been running it for well over a year in my R with no problems. And if it dies, I'm only out $19.99. I could buy 8 for the price of one T1R.
Or, Honda Goldwing battery. 410CCA and it is about $50.
Just throwing out some other options.

They are legal for stock. As long as the battery is the same voltage.

Hell yeah I'm all about the bling. If I didn't care, i'd buy a CRX and throw a motor into it, but that's why I'm rolling in an R
btw - take your jdm bashing *** outta this thread, you serve no purpose.

lol, thanks.... i bought some strap aluminum from home depot, shortened the stock J bolts, and bought the terminal kit from http://www.batterymart.com. i swap batteries for winter use, just so i can run the lightest battery feasable for race season.
